Surf – Edit – Publish

Thanks to Consolo’s built-in web browser, it is easy to find the page you want to edit, make your changes and publish them.
This is how it is done:

When you start Consolo, the web site will open in Consolo’s web browser. By clicking along as usual, surf to the page you want to edit.

Click the Edit button in the toolbar.

 

 

 

3. Edit

The editor will open. The look and the features of the editor vary depending on the type of information you are editing:

Read about editing register-based data (xml, flash etc) »

To save your changes, click the Save Changes button in the toolbar.

 

Image Save Changes Dialog BoxFor web pages: You will now see the Save Changes window. Here you can enter various information about the web page. When you are done, click Publish Directly to instantly publish the changes you have made on the web page.

For register-based data: Changes in the database/register are saved directly, without the need of entering additional information.

5. Done!

Your changes have now been published on the web site.
