Reverting to an Old Version of a Page

Consolo makes a safety backup of every page automatically. This makes it possible to return to an older version of a page at any time. Maybe you want to undo changes or maybe there is old information that once again is useful.

This is how you revert to old versions of a page:

Image Consolo's Menu1. Open the Page Version Manager

Surf to the page you want to revert and chooseVersions of… in the Consolo menu.

OR

Image Right Click the Page in the Page StructureFind the page in the Page Structure,  right-click on the page and chooseVersions.

In the list of backup copies in the Version Manager, select the copy you want to revert to.

3. Revert

Image PublishClick the Publish Selected Version button in the toolbar. The backup copy will now be published and replace the current version, which in turn will be stored as a backup copy.
