Edit Documents and Files

When editing documents and files, the programs and applications you have installed on your own computer are being used. Thanks to this you can continue to work with the programs you are used to.

To edit a file, for example a Word document, open the Media Archive it is located in and double-click the file. When you save the changes, Consolo will upload the file to the web server automatically.

Naturally, this will not work if you shut down Consolo. Then you have to save the document/file somewhere else on your computer, and the next time you run Consolo, use the regular uploading features.

TIP! If you for instance want to create a new Word-document by using an existing, start by using the Duplicate feature in the toolbar. Then you double-click the copy to start editing.
